CDL-A Power Only Contractor Equipment Requirements:
- Single or tandem axle tractor with sleeper that is 2000-year model or newer
- Current annual DOT inspection must be within 30 days
- Sliding fifth wheel
- Headache rack (optional)
- 4-inch by 30-foot straps (6) with 6 ratchets
- 20-foot 5/16 grade 70 chain (6)
- Pintle hook-and-hitch ball with electric brakes a plus
- Company-supplied ELD and Dashcam (required)
- Emergency triangles & Fire extinguisher
CDL-A Power Only Contractor Truck Driver Requirements:
- Class A license
- Must have 1 (one) year of verified driving experience within the last 7 years
